Our hours are 8:00 to 4:00 Monday through Friday.

Our HIM Staff includes:
bullet  Amelia Spears, HIM Manager
bullet  Sonja Steenlage, Transcriptionist and HIM Clerk

What does the HIM Department do?
bullet  We provide records as requested by the patients, doctors and
specialty clinics. We also get requests from Insurance
Companies, Lawyers, and Workman's Compensation, etc.
bullet  We scan files and send them for reimbursement
bullet  We keep files for the Hospital, Lab, X-ray and Emergency Room
bullet  We type and file the transcription for the Hospital, Emergency Room and Specialty Clinics.
bullet  We type the transcription for the Fall River Health Clinic.

These are just a few of the services that Health Information Management provides.
